All quality upholstered goods start with an exceptional frame and high density foam. Our exterior upholstered goods include marine grade plywood for extra durability and increased longevity.

Our wood manufacturing partners are both located in North America, which allows us to make your product and transport it in a shorter timeframe than those who manufacture overseas.

Our interior products are made from beautiful, durable Maple, Oak, and Walnut. Many interior stains are available to finish the wood to meet your project’s design intent.

Our exterior products are traditionally made from Jatoba or Ipe and finished with clear exterior oil. Jatoba and Ipe can also be painted with exterior grade paint.

Molded plywood is used in a number of our pieces as well.

Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum are all available in a wide variety of finishes. We can cut, weld, grind, punch, bend, polish, fasten, and shape to bring any item to life regardless of complexity.

What is sublimation?

Products are initially powder coated. A transfer film that is printed with special inks is applied over the products under vacuum for a tight contact. Products are then loaded into a machine at high temperature that turns the inks into a gas that penetrates deep into the coated layer. The films are peeled off to reveal the image. At this point the products are complete. No additional protection coatings are required and are UV resistant.

All our fiberglass work is performed in North America. All mold making is done in-house to ensure continuity and efficiency. Our fiberglass pieces are available in a variety of standard color options. Matte, satin, and gloss finishes are available.

Made out of a mixture of rice husks, common salt, and mineral oil. Composite wood contains no wood at all; instead, it makes use of an abundant by-product of rice farming. Thus, producing the material doesn’t contribute to deforestation.

Composite Wood gives the appearance and feel of wood while offering better durability. In accelerated aging tests, it lasted the equivalent of fifteen years without noticeable degradation, exceeding the performance of hardwoods and other materials. Composite wood is UV resistant and will not gray.

It is also extremely resistant to rot, fungal attacks, and even termites. Unlike wood, composite wood will not develop splinters.
